Go north on National Route 58, turn left into the path at the Ameku intersection, and at the end of the path, you will find “Ameku Family Sports Land”.

In Naha, there used to be another famous facility called “Oroku Sports Land”, but it closed at the end of 2018, so “Ameku Family Sports Land” became the only batting center in Naha city.

Nearby are the ice skating rink, bowling alley, and other leisure complex called “Southern Hill”, and a karaoke bar and batting machine, billiards etc, and other leisure complex called “Amuseum” in Haebaru. There are also batting centers in Ginowan and Chatan, but they are a bit far.

And the tennis machine is probably only here in Okinawa Prefecture.

Also volleyball is so painful for me, I feel like I’m going to crack the bones in both my arms with just one receive.

There used to be rhythm drum games here, and I used to piled up 2,000 yen worth of 100 yen coins and occupied the drum machine on my way home from work for a while.

In the end, even if I spent tens of thousands of yen, I didn’t improve so much though.

The table tennis corner in Ameku Family Sports Land.

There are four table tennis tables and two air hockey tables at the back of this facility.

I love these two too.

Well, no matter how much time I have played, my skill will not improve more than “so-so”.
